Parcel Seven advises on the acquisition, valuation, curation, and global sourcing of fine and rare wine. We work closely with serious collectors, estates, and cellar owners — and the trade partners who rely on us — wherever in the world they are.
We are not a merchant. We hold no inventory and publish no catalogue. Parcel Seven exists to represent the interests of the collector — and only the collector. That independence is the whole of our value, and we guard it carefully.
How we work
A relationship, not a transaction.
Every engagement begins the same way: with listening. Before a single bottle is discussed, we want to understand the collection as it stands, the intention behind it, and the horizon it is meant to serve.
What follows is unhurried by design. We would rather take the time to get it right than rush to a result. The collectors we work with are usually after the right acquisition, not simply the next one — and the right one tends to come down to patience, judgement, and timing rather than appetite.
A good deal of our work is quiet by nature. Cellars change hands without fanfare; bottles move between trusted holders; valuations inform decisions that stay private. We treat that confidentiality as part of the job — but never as a reason to be hard to reach.
The best collections are composed — over years, with intention, and a great deal of care.

We establish how a wine has lived — storage, custody, condition — before we ever consider how it might be acquired.

The name
Why Parcel Seven.
In the vineyard, a parcel is a single defined plot — its own soil, exposure, and character — vinified apart because it is worth keeping apart. The finest estates know their parcels by number and treat each as irreplaceable.
We borrowed the idea. Every serious cellar, in our experience, contains its own seventh parcel: the holding that is genuinely singular, that could not be reassembled at any price. Our work is to recognise it, protect it, and — when the moment is right — place it in the right hands.
